Something terrible happened in Kashmir in 2025. Many innocent people lost their lives in a brutal attack. It was very sad, and people all over India were hurt and angry. Right after the Kashmir massacre 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a big announcement. He gave all Pakistanis living in India just 48 hours to leave the country.
This article explains why Modi gave this order, what it means, and what happens next. We will also look at what others are saying and how this has affected India and Pakistan’s relationship.
Why Did Modi Expel Pakistanis?
Prime Minister Modi’s decision came right after the Kashmir massacre, where over 40 people were killed in a sudden attack. The Indian government believes the attackers were supported by groups based in Pakistan. This is not the first time such a thing has happened, but the Kashmir massacre 2025 was one of the worst in recent years.
Modi said that this kind of violence must stop, and strong action was needed. That’s why he gave a 48-hour ultimatum to all Pakistani nationals in India to leave the country. His message was clear—India will not tolerate terrorism in any form.
Modi stated clearly that “India must protect its people first. Those who bring harm to our land do not belong here.”
What Does This Mean for Pakistanis in India?
There are many Pakistani students, workers, and tourists in India. After this order, they are all trying to find ways to go back quickly. Trains, buses, and flights to Pakistan are getting very busy. Many people are scared and confused.
Some people who have lived in India for years are also affected. Even if they had peaceful lives, this order asks them to leave too. This sudden decision has caused a lot of worry.
Ali Khan, a Pakistani student, said “I came here to study, not to cause any trouble. Now I don’t know what to do.”
India-Pakistan Diplomatic Crisis 2025
Because of this action, the India Pakistan diplomatic crisis 2025 has grown worse. Pakistan’s government has said that the decision is unfair and shocking. In response, Pakistan may also ask Indian citizens in Pakistan to return home.
People fear that this could even lead to a break in ties between the two countries. Flights and trade between India and Pakistan might stop. News channels are calling this the biggest diplomatic move in years.
An Indian official said “This is not about hate, it’s about security. We must take steps to protect our borders.”
What Happens Next?
As the Pakistanis leave India order today continues, many eyes are on what will happen next. Will there be more violence? Will talks begin between the two nations? Will things calm down, or will they get worse?
Security has been increased in many parts of India. Police and army are on high alert. People are also being told not to spread fake news or hate messages.
The government says it is working to make sure the order is followed, but also that people are treated fairly during this process.
