Nepal’s Foreign Minister, Arzu Rana, has encouraged nurses to seek education abroad to build a brighter future. In a recent statement, she told Nepali nurses to gain knowledge and skills in other countries. However, she stressed that they should not stay abroad forever. Instead, nurses should come back to Nepal after their studies to help their country grow.
Nepal faces a big problem with a nurse shortage. There aren’t enough nurses to care for people in hospitals and clinics. Arzu Rana explained that nurses who study abroad can learn new ways to help patients. When they return, they can use their experience to improve healthcare in Nepal. This will make the country stronger and healthier.
Foreign Minister Arzu Rana believes that nurses are very important for Nepal’s development. By studying abroad, they can learn advanced skills, like using new medical tools or better ways to treat people. But if nurses stay abroad and don’t come back, Nepal will keep facing a nurse shortage. That’s why Arzu Rana asked them to return and share what they’ve learned.
Many Nepali nurses are excited about the chance to study abroad. It can help them earn more knowledge and build a better career. But some worry about leaving their families or finding jobs when they return. Arzu Rana’s message is clear: Nepal needs its nurses to come back and help solve the nurse shortage.
This call from Foreign Minister Arzu Rana shows how much Nepal values its nurses. By studying abroad and returning home, nurses can play a big role in making healthcare better for everyone in Nepal. People hope nurses will listen to her advice and bring their new skills back to their country.
